ENTRY TO THE ARENA IS DONE AT THE RIGHT TIME (check the opening hours in CONTACT), for example: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, ...... all customers must arrive at the reception (where tickets are purchased) at least 30 minutes before the desired time.
