JUMPERS is an amusement park for everyone and these Rules of Use have been drawn up to guarantee the safety of all its users.
It is compulsory to respect the signs and instructions given, both in the videos in the Safety Zone and by the staff.
Failure to comply with the rules, these regulations and the instructions given may result in the user being expelled from the park, without the right to any refund.
JUMPERS cannot be held responsible for any damage to persons or property caused by failure to comply with the rules and regulations in force.
It is strictly forbidden to enter the trampoline area:
1. entering without the supervision of an instructor/monitor/teacher/bday (monitor dedicated to the birthday party);
2. Wearing shoes or entering barefoot, with the exclusive use of non-slip JUMPERSOCKS socks, which can be purchased at reception;
3. More than one person per trampoline;
4. Running, pushing, grabbing, throwing oneself headfirst into the airbag or trampolines, as well as jumping or running on one foot;
5. Performing stunts without the ability to do so, professional training or without the supervision of an instructor/monitor/teacher/bday (dedicated birthday party monitor);
6. People under 1.25 metres tall and under 8 years of age entering some areas of the trampoline enclosure, namely the performance areas (Sky Wall, The Rock, Ninja Challenge and The Cliff);
7. Sitting and/or lying down on the trampolines, safety mattresses or falls, in the existing stations, airbag and safety zones;
8. Using phones or any electronic equipment during the activities, i.e. they may not jump with this equipment. However, they may capture images or videos in the safety zones;
9. The consumption of food, drinks, chewing gum and other treats while using the existing equipment or entering the Arena area, with the exception of plastic water bottles;
10. The entry and consumption of food and drink on the premises, with the exception of those sold within the JUMPERS facilities. However, even if these are purchased inside the facilities, the previous point applies;
11. The entry of birthday cakes, except those to be used in the birthday party service provided by Jumpers;
12. The use of wires, earrings, metal bracelets, cords, hair accessories (except elastic bands), watches, belts or clothing containing metal while using the equipment;
13. Use of the equipment by children under 5 years of age or people weighing more than 120kg (ARENA - does not include TODDLER ZONE);
14. The use of the TODDLER ZONE by children over 8 years of age, adults or people weighing more than 60kg, as this specific area is intended for children between 1 and 7 years of age;
15. The entry of animals, except assistance dogs;
16. Smoking, drug and/or alcohol consumption;
17. Using the equipment if the user has any of the following conditions:
Back, bone, muscle or tendon injuries, recent fractures;
Pregnancy;
Osteoporosis;
High blood pressure, heart problems, nausea, nervous imbalances;
Epilepsy, or any other chronic illness, whether physical or mental;
Excess weight (see point 13 of these regulations);
Any other medical problem that jeopardises their health or that of other users;
Limiting physical conditions.
If the user has any of these conditions, they must first be authorised to take part in the activity by a doctor.
Users must arrive 30 minutes before entering the trampoline arena to check in and watch the safety video demonstration. Use of the arena lasts approximately 1 hour (including warm-up and exit);
Children who are ill and at risk of spreading to other users will not be admitted;
Access to the trampoline arena can only be made if there is availability, after the user has been duly identified with the respective access bracelet and the JUMPERS staff present on site have authorised it. Access can only be granted after the security video has been viewed;
All staff decisions within the facilities are to be respected without exception, even if they order the user to cease their activity;
In the trampoline area, children between the ages of 5 and 7 (a citizen's card may be required to guarantee entry) must be accompanied and supervised by their adult guardians, who assume full responsibility for them. For this purpose, the adult must purchase the relevant ticket and JUMPERSSOCKS (socks);
Children and young people between the ages of 5 and 10 may be asked for their identity card to guarantee entry. Children and young people up to the age of 14 can only use the trampolines as long as their parents are inside the facilities (JUMPERS park), unless they are taking part in a specific activity, namely birthday parties or babysitting services (babysitting service not yet available). At birthday parties organised by Jumpers, the party is overseen and supervised by a member of staff who is specifically hired for this purpose (B-Day) in advance (4 days in advance), thus excluding the need for an adult responsible for the group to be present;
At specific times announced at reception, some areas of the trampoline centre may have limited or no access;
The user declares that he/she is in suitable physical and mental condition to use the attractions and/or take part in the activities that take place on the JUMPERS premises and that he/she does not suffer from any illness or physical limitation that prevents him/her from using or may cause any inconvenience or problem during use, without prejudice to point 15 above, except when under personalised supervision by a member of staff (service paid for separately and 4 days in advance);
The use of JUMPERS' facilities and the equipment it provides is liable to cause damage to the health, physical integrity or life of its users;
The user recognises and accepts the risks of their participation in the activity or use of the attractions, assuming the inherent risks and full responsibility;
The user is responsible if, through their own fault, they cause damage to third parties, themselves or the facilities;
JUMPERS reserves the right to refuse admission to or demand the departure from its facilities of any person who jeopardises their safety and/or that of third parties, including JUMPERS employees or collaborators. The same applies to anyone who disrespects the operating rules of the premises, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who behaves inappropriately or contrary to the law;
Tickets (wristbands) are the property of JUMPERS;
The purchase of tickets (wristbands) and use of passes depends on the number of places available, according to the capacity of the venue;
Only the person on whose behalf the booking was made will be able to activate the services provided, unless they give prior notice;
Tickets (wristbands), reservations and passes are non-refundable and personal, and cannot be transferred, exchanged or returned;
Tickets, bookings and passes are only valid for the date indicated and are void if tampered with;
The purchase of ticket(s) on behalf of other person(s) implies the agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions by all of them;
The ticket, reservation or pass only entitles you to access to the trampoline arena with the express exclusion of any other services or products, namely food, drinks, individual equipment for use in the trampoline arena (e.g. jumpers), parties and events, photography and video recording services, unless added and paid for separately;
Gift vouchers and 2-for-1 vouchers are subject to availability. They are not bookings;
For security reasons, the park is equipped with CCTV;
JUMPERS is not responsible for damage, theft, loss of belongings or property of customers within its facilities, and there are a limited number of lockers for this purpose;
Jumpers recommends that users who wear glasses wear glasses designed for sports during the activities;
Jumpers cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to or by the glasses;
The use of mobile phones is permitted in the arena or in the toddler zone, but only in safe areas. Its use is prohibited while performing manoeuvres or movements on the equipment;
Jumpers is not responsible for any damage caused to or by mobile phones;
Customers authorise photographs and video footage to be taken of them, their children and other minors in their care for promotional and security purposes;
Use of the trampoline park facilities implies acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this document, with the user recognising that they have received the information and demonstration for the correct use of the JUMPERS activity and/or attractions, as well as being informed of the safety regulations;
JUMPERS' insurance covers accidents caused by its equipment and does not cover misuse;
Photographs taken by users within the Jumpers facility may not be used for commercial purposes without prior consent from the administration. In this case, you can send your request to info@jumpers.pt and you will receive a reply.

1. Birthday party bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance, based on the desired date and once confirmed by our team. At the time of booking, you must provide the tax details (name, VAT number and full address) to be used on the invoice, which cannot be changed afterwards;
2. After confirmation by JUMPERS, you have 72 hours to pay 50% of the total number of participants (by sending an MB reference or paying at reception, excluding cheques). The remaining 50% of the total amount is payable on the day the arena is used and must be paid in a single lump sum, by cash or MB reference (excluding cheques); individual amounts will not be accepted. If the MB reference is not paid within 72 hours, JUMPERS will cancel the booking;
3. Up to 3 to 4 days before the party takes place, you can be contacted by our team to clarify some points and confirm all the details;
4. JUMPERS will not reimburse any amount for participants who do not turn up on the date and time of the party. If the party is cancelled, the booking fee will not be refunded, but the client may change the date if possible (they have 30 days to extend the date), subject to JUMPERS' availability;
5. If, on the day and time of the birthday party, more than the number of participants indicated on the booking date attend, the regular price will apply to them, i.e. without the discount price, if tickets are available;
6. Parties have a minimum number of participants - 10 - and the birthday boy or girl is counted. In the event that the minimum number does not attend, the 10 participants will be regularised;
7. All participants must arrive 30 minutes before entering the Arena to be explained the park's procedures and safety rules (check in). During this process they will be accompanied by the dedicated monitor - bday - who will remain until the end of the menu;
8 . The start of activities (welcoming guests, use of the arena and the birthday room) is at the set time;
9. If any party guests arrive after the start of the warm-up, their entry will be subject to the circumstances of the moment, judged by the B-day which is exclusively dedicated to the group. As a last resort, they may be barred from entering the Arena.
10. The birthday party lasts approximately 2 hours (approximately 30 minutes to welcome the guests and explain the park's procedures and safety rules, approximately 60 minutes (including the warm-up and leaving the park) and approximately 30 minutes to use the party room reserved for the group.
11. Parties end at the time set, unless the next party is cancelled. If there is a delay due to the responsibility of the guests, they will be penalised to the value of 200€;
12. The birthday cake may be the responsibility of the birthday boy or girl (group leader). They can bring it to the party and, for food safety reasons, leave a sample with Jumpers. However, although the birthday cake is not included in the menus, it can be hired on the booking platform;
13. The person responsible for the birthday must take care of all the presents given to the birthday boy or girl. Jumpers provides a locker for this purpose if requested;
14. If the number of participants is 40 or more, please contact JUMPERS before booking on the website.
1. Group visits must be booked at least 4 days in advance, based on the desired date. The booking becomes effective when our team confirms it. When making the booking, you must state the tax details to be used on the invoice (name, VAT number and full address), which cannot be changed afterwards;

If the visit is cancelled, the booking fee will not be refunded, but the customer may change the date if possible (they have 30 days to extend the date);
5. If more or fewer people turn up on the day and time of the visit than those indicated on the booking date, the amount corresponding to the total number present on the day the arena is used will apply;
6. Groups have a minimum number of participants - 10. In the event that the minimum number does not turn up, the 10 will be regularised;
7. All participants must arrive 30 minutes before the entrance time to the Arena, in order to view the security video and distribute the JUMPERSSOCKS wristbands (socks);
8. Children and young people between the ages of 5 and 10 may be asked for their ID card to guarantee entry. Children and young people up to the age of 14 will only be able to use the trampoline area as long as the person responsible for the group is inside the facilities (JUMPERS park).
In the case of children aged 5, 6 or 7 (inclusive), an adult responsible for the group must accompany them into the arena and must purchase the relevant entrance ticket and JUMPERSSOCKS (socks); 9 . The activity (use of the arena) starts at the set time.
The set times are always the right times, for example: 2pm or 3pm or 4pm...; 10.
If any member of the group arrives after entering the Arena, they will not be able to enter it, as access is forbidden; 11.
