HOW LONG BEFORE DO I HAVE TO BE AT THE PREMISES? 

We recommend you to be there at least 30 minutes before the time you want to enter (for example, if you want to enter at 4 p.m., you should be at Jumpers at 3:30 p.m.) so that you have time to buy your ticket, watch the safety video and put on your Jumpers socks. Entry is always subject to the Arena's availability.

CAN I ENTER THE ARENA AT ANY TIME?

The entrance in the Arena (trampoline area) is always at the right times of every hour, 10am, 11am, 12pm... You must arrive at the reception at least 30 minutes before the time you want to enter, watch the safety video and put your socks on. 

HOW LONG DOES ENTRY TO JUMPERS LAST?

Each ticket gives you access to approximately 60 minutes of use. If you have the energy for more, the 2nd hour has a special price. 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM AGE TO JOIN JUMPERS?

The minimum age is 1 year and there is no maximum age, as long as the customer meets the requirements set out in the regulations. Jumpers' concept is to promote family time, which is why our activities are designed for this purpose. Children between the ages of 1 and 7 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) in the Arena, who will have to buy the respective ticket and, if not, the compulsory Jumpers socks (except Toddler Zone, where the adult will only have to buy the socks).

WHO CAN USE THE ARENA?

The Arena can be used from the age of 5. However, from 5 to 7 years old (inclusive) an adult (over 18) must be present, who must also purchase entry and, if not, the Jumpers socks at a cost of €2.

CAN CHILDREN OVER ONE YEAR OLD ALSO JUMP?

Yes, but they can only stay in a specific area - the Toddler Zone.

WHAT IS THE TODDLER ZONE?

The Toddler Zone is a specific area for children aged 1 to 7 (inclusive). This area has equipment designed especially for the little ones, including slides, ball and sponge pools, a mini climbing wall and mini trampolines. You can see photos of this area here.

WHO CAN USE TODDLER ZONE?

The Toddler Zone can be used by children who are at least 1 year old and up to and including 7 years old. They must be accompanied by an adult, who cannot use the equipment. However, in order to access the space, they must purchase the mandatory Jumpers socks.

 

WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT JUMPERS BIRTHDAY PARTIES?

Our monitors are one of the attractions of the space. Parents don't have to worry about a thing. Birthday parties at Jumpers have something unique, which is that children, young people and adults can all take part in the event, making it a unique experience. The parties are always accompanied by a monitor for the entire duration of the event, which lasts approximately 2 hours.

HOW LONG DO THE BIRTHDAY PARTIES LAST?

WHAT KIND OF CLOTHES ARE BEST?

In order to make the most of your experience/visit, we recommend sportswear or comfortable clothing.

DO YOU HAVE CHANGING ROOMS?

There are changing rooms, but no shower rooms.

DO YOU HAVE A PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES?

Yes, there are lockers to store your valuables. Each use costs €1. 

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Parking is allowed on the street where we are located. Jumpers does not have a private parking lot, but there are 2 private, covered parking lots within 100m. The first is at the Avis Trade Center building (next to Jumpers) and the second is at the Pharmacy Museum (before Jumpers).
