THE ENTRY IN THE ARENA IS DONE AT THE RIGHT TIMES (check the opening hours in CONTACT), for example: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, ...... all customers must arrive at the reception (where tickets are purchased) at least 30 minutes before the desired time.
All users are required to wear exclusive JumpersSocks socks, which cost €2 (extra entrance fee) and can be used for future purposes.
